One of our essential didactic methods is moderated collaborative learning (peer-to-peer): Participants work together and learn from each other – supported by the well-proven, target-oriented proWiss facilitation. proWiss offers workshops for prospective trainers.

proWiss offers workshops for prospective trainers. Participants are introduced to didactic basics and skills for planning and implementing trainings. Different concepts, elements and instruments for conducting trainings (workshops, seminars, conferences) are presented and put into practice. The role of the trainer in the different formats will be taken into account. In group work, the participants’ ideas for their own trainings will be further developed and specified.
